We are using what I learned in the session with Interact. Our Leadership Team meets every two weeks to discuss everything from sales, staffing, projects, etc. We now have a kickoff in which someone is tapped to speak on a relevant topic. The person fields questions from the team (ie a client or the media). This allows each of us the opportunity to practice in front of a group setting in an environment that provides for constructive critiques of presentation and knowledge of the subject. We are taking it to the next level!
