I have brought Interact in many times over the years. I have found the training valuable for the following reasons: 1) The focus on authenticity has become increasingly important as leaders are charged with winning the hearts and minds of their people; and 2) The training is self-reflective and forces participants to take a hard look at their skills, which enables them to share development plans and/or actions with their leaders or directs. Some of our people who took the training five years ago will refer to a key learning, a discussion, or the facilitators. These folks who are leaders today obviously retained what they learned.
