Our resident guru on assessments, Ben is certified in WorkPlace Big FiveTM, Everything DiSC® (authorized partner), and facilitates Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, and EQ-i 2.0 profile assessments.
If you’re an executive in talent management, operations, strategic planning and marketing, Ben knows your world. In the first part of his career, Ben was president of regional operations for a commercial construction firm where he grew revenues from startup to $60 million in 10 years.
Ben is a busy man—doing what he loves. He is currently earning his Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from UNC Charlotte at the Belk School of Business. He is an adjunct professor in the McColl School of Business teaching courses in organization development and organizational behavior along with executive education within the Executive Leadership Institute (ELI). Whew!
At home, Ben is a book nerd for history, social science, and contemporary fiction. He also loves yoga, hiking, and annoying his two teenage kids and wife Karen of 23 years.
