I wanted you to know the value of what I learned with you guys and how we are taking it to the next level. Our Leadership Team meets every two weeks and we now have a 5 minute impromptu Q&A session. The assigned person stands before the group and responds as if he or she were being asked the questions by someone outside the company (ie a client or the media) on a company topic. This allows each of us the opportunity to practice in front of a group setting in an environment that provides for constructive critiques of presentation and knowledge of the subject. Hope to see you soon!
